• To register please contact reception team on 07955361797 . Alternately, leave a message or email us  with your preferred appointment time and date.
• We ask you to visit the dentist regularly (every 6-12 months), to inform practice in advance  if you  are unable to attend  or   wish to re-schedule your appointments.
• We ask to pay the deposit prior booking the appointment.
• Patients who fail to attend 2 or or more appointments , will be considered for  removal from our books.
• Patients who have not had  an appointment scheduled with us  for more than 2 years, will be classified as a new patient.
• It is patients responsibility to book their  appointments.

Out-of-Hours Dental Emergencies

If you require urgent dental care outside our normal opening hours, please call 07955 361797 and follow the instructions provided on the recorded message.

Alternatively, you can email us or send a message through our website. Please include your full name, contact telephone number, and a brief description of your dental problem. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your situation and arrange appropriate care.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Staff treating patients has the right to work free from any threat or fear of abuse or violence.  

If any patient is abusive or violent towards any member of staff or any other persons on the practice premises, the practice retains the right to have the patient removed from our list.

We define violence and aggression as:

• actual or threatened physical assaults on staff
• psychological abuse of staff
•  verbal abuse which includes shouting, swearing and gestures
• threats against practice personnel which occur in the workplace.

  Late Cancellation and Failed Appointment Policy

At our practice, we are committed to providing high-quality care to all our patients. To ensure that we can offer appointments to everyone in need, we kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice (2 working days) if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice (2 working days), a late cancellation fee will apply based on the length of your booked appointment:

20 minutes- £30

30 minutes- £50

40 minutes -£60

60 minutes -£100

Failed Appointments (No-Shows)

If you fail to attend your appointment without any notice, the full fee listed above will be charged.
